Windows CE 2.0 is the sequel to Windows CE 1.0.
It is even worse than the old one, with more errors and crashes. But it does have graphic updates, such as a translucent taskbar. It has Paint, IE 8.0, and other crap.
Just be sure to not click control panel, otherwise your computers optimal drive will be damaged and you can't use you computer anymore.
